At Gen Phoenix we're continuing to grow, delivering the future of sustainable textiles to a global marketplace. To enable our further growth, we are looking for a Production Quality Engineer. They will act as sole Quality contact for assigned production area; to lead & become accountable for area’s Quality performance. To lead investigations via 8D process, govern outstanding actions and drive quality improvements through the area. To be responsible for Quality standards & inspection criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Triage & lead initial Quality investigation (via 8D / 6 Sigma approach); assign corrective action to respective offender group
• Govern area’s quality metric performance & assign corrective actions
• Develop / Maintain Quality standards & perform training to affected personnel as necessary
• Recommend & implement Quality improvement actions
• Act as ‘go-to’ person for area for any Quality-related issue

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in a similar quality engineer role
• Have knowledge of quality investigation techniques
• Be proactive and responsive

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
