Summary
We are looking for a “Production Quality Manager Airborne & Kites (f/m/d)” for the “Production Quality” department at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.
The Production Quality department is responsible for ensuring efficient problem solving in the value chain and the preventive safeguarding and improvement of production and testing processes.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out root cause analyses and developing measures for sustainable problem solving together with the problem solving team
• Initiating and monitoring improvement measures on the product and in the assembly and testing process in collaboration with Production, Development, Quality and other functions
• Verifying, validating and optimizing the assembly and testing processes together with Production
• Conformity testing and confirmation of conformity before delivery of optronic systems
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes related to quality in the assigned production area

Your Profile

• Production, manufacturing or industrial engineer or similar
• Experience in the application of quality methods for root cause analysis and for the evaluation of measuring equipment capabilities (Practical Problem Solving, 8D, A3, measuring equipment capability analyses, Six Sigma)
• Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, ideally experience in a project environment
• Sound knowledge of production and quality management
• SAP knowledge (QM, PP modules)
• Knowledge of the assembly environment of optronic systems is advantageous
• An independent way of working
• Highly developed social skills and the ability to develop solutions and concepts together with other employees from interdisciplinary teams
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
