As our Production Quality Technician, you are the ultimate guardian of our standards. Your mission is to ensure that every product leaving our facility isn't just "good enough"—it’s a testament to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen in der Produktionslinie durch Du sperrst fehlerhafte Produkte und leitest Nacharbeiten ein Du führst finale Qualitätsprüfungen vor Auslieferung an den Kunden durch Du dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und Freigabe unserer Produkte Du erfasst Abweichungen im QM-System und erstellst präzise Nichtkonformitätsberichte (Non-Conformance Reports) stetige Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Bereich Qualitätsprüfung Qualifications Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Fluggerätemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker) oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker / Meister. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt, Automobilindustrie oder Sondermaschinenbau. sehr gutes Verständnis für mechanische, elektrische und elektronische Systeme. Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und absolut zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Interesse für den Bereich unbemannte Fluggeräte oder idealerweise eine Affinität für den Bereich Luftfahrt. Begeisterung und hohe Eigenmotivation um deinen eigenen Verantwortungsbereich voranzutreiben Durch dein offenes, kommunikationsstarkes, freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten fällt es dir leicht, als interner Experte von deinen Kollegen gesehen zu werden. Beherrschung einer Office Software und Qualitätsmanagement-Software/Tools.
