Job Description: As a Financial Analyst on CFGMS’s Production & Revenue Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting and optimizing performance across 15 underwriting teams. This position blends financial analytics with team collaboration — ideal for someone who’s both analytical and personable. You’ll assist in creating detailed production reports, evaluating performance metrics, and helping ensure efficient workflows across our revenue operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with production leadership to analyze underwriting team performance and identify trends Develop, maintain, and automate production and revenue reports in Excel and other tools Provide analytical support to management to drive data-based decisions Communicate with underwriters, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments Assist in streamlining processes and improving data accuracy Participate in ad hoc projects related to production analysis and revenue forecasting Experience and Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related role (preferred, not required) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling, data visualization, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Customer-service oriented mindset and professional demeanor Salary Range $75,000—$80,000 USD
