JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervising a crew up to 12 workers.
• Conduct various meetings with the crew.
• Follow all general and safety policies, procedures and practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in flat roofing (4 years minimum).
• Good leadership.
• Ability to supervise and lead a crew.
• Ability to conduct various meeting with the crew.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Safety tickets (CSTS, and Fall Pro) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.
