SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, scheduling, or operations support role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a high comfort level balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrate a willingness to be hands-on and take initiative to prioritize and expedite orders on the shop floor, evaluate capabilities to make customer changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in learning production processes and how different departments work together
• Familiarity with reading blueprints or engineering drawings is a plus (not required)

You’ll assist in coordinating daily production schedules and support various departments to make sure orders flow through the facility efficiently.
