Project Coordination * Work closely with Project Managers and Design teams to confirm project timelines, milestones, and changes in scope. * Participate in production meetings to review upcoming work, schedule updates, and resource planning. * Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are ordered and delivered based on fabrication timelines. * Support planning for installation schedules, shipping timelines, and site readiness. Production Monitoring & Reporting * Track project progress through the detailing and fabrication pipeline. * Provide regular schedule updates and reporting to leadership and project management. * Maintain scheduling documentation within project management software, spreadsheets, or ERP systems. * Monitor schedule adherence and adjust priorities as needed to maintain project delivery timelines. Qualifications * 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or project coordination. * Experience working in custom fabrication, scenic production, exhibit fabrication, millwork, or themed environments strongly preferred. * Familiarity with CAD detailing processes and fabrication drawing workflows. * Strong understanding of production sequencing and shop operations. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments. Preferred Skills * Familiarity with Release-for-Fabrication (RFF) processes. * Experience using production scheduling software, ERP systems, or project management tools. * Understanding of fabrication processes including carpentry, metal fabrication, scenic finishing, and paint.
