WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE You will support the short‑term production scheduling of MOL’s Downstream units, ensuring that semi‑finished and non‑fuel products are available to meet business needs. You will work with several core functions to align daily activities with monthly plans and operational capacities. You will play a key role in adjusting schedules, tracking changes, and keeping inventory levels at the optimal level. You will also contribute to quick and effective re‑planning during unexpected events to maintain continuity and minimize losses. Over time, you will become confident in using and developing key scheduling tools, gaining deep insight into MOL’s supply chain and production processes.
