Production Scheduler The Production Scheduler is based on Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, México. Role Description The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating production lines to ensure the efficient and timely availability of finished products, aligning with customer demand and organizational objectives. Main responsibilities * Develop and plan production volumes to meet business and customer requirements. * Maintain, adjust, and ensure accuracy of production work orders according to operational needs. * Monitor and track compliance with the production schedule. * Communicate potential risks impacting customer orders to the Customer Service department in a timely manner. * Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies. * Prepare, analyze, and report departmental performance metrics on a weekly basis.  Qualifications * Over 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain operations. * Fluent English. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control. * Experience with Advanced Excel tools for reporting. * Experience with Plex is a plus. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments. * Ability to manage multiple.   Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic, Business Administration, or related field.
