PRODUCTION SCHEDULER – NASHVILLE AREA COUNTERTOP INSTALLATIONS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production/Install Scheduler to join our team and manage countertop installation schedules across the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating logistics, this role is for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or building materials installations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with online order entry or manufacturing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed under pressure

• Schedule countertop installations using Moraware
• Coordinate with sales, builder and install teams to ensure accurate install completion
• Communicate with homeowners to schedule warranty appointments
• Track and update scheduling results
• Assist with installer invoicing and material orders for warranty work
• Support the Install department with administrative tasks
