We’re looking for a Production Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loves problem-solving, and can keep operations on track to meet customer needs.

• Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer orders and plant capacity
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to keep schedules on track
• Monitor material availability and lead MRP activities to support uninterrupted production
• Track production performance using NetSuite and generate actionable reports for leadership
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks before they impact delivery
• Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Serve as the communication hub between departments to ensure alignment on priorities
