We are seeking a Production Scheduler to join their dynamic team and support the management of logistics and deliveries throughout North America.

• Responsible for organizing various tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Plan and organize operation logistics of the organization.
• Maintain log and track work orders for completion.
• Compile orders and instructions received by customers.
• Develop specific plans to prioritize workflows.
• Revise type’s and quantity of materials required to production, for construction projects.
• Coordinate activities with other work units/ departments.
• Coordinate traffic flow of supplies – Inventory management.
• Perform general office task – Highly organized.
• Monitor movements of supplies and material between departments.
• Regular monitoring of production processes.
• Responsible for preparing and compiling and submitting reports and work orders.
• Responsible for following up on client concerns or issues with work orders.
• Responsible for keeping track of shipments and production.
• Consult with the Production Supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time efficient manner.
• Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production and construction of various projects, while updating logs, reports etc..
