At Wis-Pak, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Production Scheduler to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do As a Production Scheduler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process—creating and maintaining weekly and daily schedules that ensure everything flows seamlessly. Your mission will include: * Optimizing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. * Building production schedules using JDE planning systems to keep lines efficient and products fresh. * Analyzing inventory and sales trends to forecast future needs. * Collaborating across teams—from Customer Service to Warehouse—to guarantee on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. * Driving improvements in purchasing and scheduling practices to boost efficiency and reduce waste. * Tracking performance metrics and ensuring promotional requirements are met. What We're Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (APICS certification a plus!). * Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MPS, MRP, DRP) and Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables and data graphing skills are a bonus). * Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a manufacturing environment. * A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and precision.
