Align schedules with customer requirements, EDI releases, and forecast updates while balancing plant capacity and labor availability. Identify production constraints and provide recommendations to resolve bottlenecks. Collaborate with customer service to prioritize orders, particularly for critical OEM and Tier 1 deliveries. Work with operations teams to coordinate preventive tool maintenance into production schedules. Ensure ERP scheduling parameters are accurate and updated based on production performance and planning rules. Monitor production attainment and adjust schedules as needed to maintain on-time delivery (OTD). Communicate schedule changes and issues promptly to operations, supply chain, and customer service teams. Support inventory management by monitoring work-in-process and finished goods levels in relation to schedules. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support production and customer requirements. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2–3 years of scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with ERP systems; IQMS experience preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel required. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with operations and customer service teams. Preferences: Associate degree or technical training in supply chain, operations, or business. Automotive Tier 1 manufacturing experience. Familiarity with EDI customer releases and OEM delivery requirements. Knowledge of injection molding and assembly operations.
