Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Services Group Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing technical expertise and support for all new initiatives, including product launches, cost-saving projects, and the implementation of new packaging or processing machinery. You will coordinate and align the technical requirements for all projects, leading technical transfers, experimental orders, and plant qualifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and implementing new cost-saving opportunities, qualifying new suppliers and co-packers, and serving as the key technical liaison between the Production Services Organization and R&D. Ultimately, you will drive process alignment to ensure the long-term sustainability of our plant operation. In this role, you will: Drive Technical Projects: Lead the coordination and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they meet objectives and align with business needs. Optimize Processes & Operations: Actively identify, evaluate, and implement key initiatives for cost savings, supply assurance, and issue resolution. Liaison Between Teams: Serve as a recognized technical expert and key liaison, ensuring alignment on technical principles and fostering strong collaboration with teams like R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and GSS. Contribute to Strategy: Provide input on the acquisition of new technical equipment and resources to improve area capabilities and support the overall strategic plan of the business unit. Ensure Excellence: Guarantee excellence in laboratory practices and compliance with all Production Services processes to maintain the highest standards of operational quality. People Development: Drive key people processes to develop career growth and leadership development within the team.
