Inspiring you to give it a red-hot go is what we’re all about. What’s involved This role is about more than managing processes – it’s about creating pathways that are yours to build. You’ll: Lead and evolve our ITIL-based Change Management process, ensuring every change is assessed, approved and implemented safely. Be a key voice on the CAB (Change Advisory Board), helping us deliver technology changes that meet audit and compliance requirements. Act as the go-to person between Technology and the business during major incidents, coordinating resources and updates to restore critical services quickly. Taking advantage of AI initiatives, drive improvements to our ServiceNow platform and broader service management practices, making life easier for our teams. Work with product owners and project managers to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing support. Champion ITSM adoption and continuous improvement across the organisation. Partner with senior leaders to align technology strategy with business needs and priorities. About you You are an experienced technology leader who excels in navigating complex environments. With a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, you confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are dedicated to fostering trust and alignment across diverse teams. You will be part of a supportive and approachable team that values curiosity, continuous improvement and mutual success. You have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage complex programs and apply a strategic mindset alongside practical execution skills within production services. You additionally will have: 5+ Years Experience in technical change management within large enterprise technology environments. Extensive ITIL service management background with strong expertise in Change Management. Proven Experience leading CAB. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools, particularly ServiceNow and an understanding of CSDM. ITIL Certificate 4 is required.
