Job Title: Production Shift Manager
Location: Evesham WR11 8JS
Salary: £19.00 per hour - Paid Weekly
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Evesham. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring food safety, and supporting your team to meet production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead by example on Health, Safety & Environmental standards
• Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards
• Follow production plans and hit key operational targets
• Monitor and improve labour, yield, productivity, and service
• Run daily performance reviews (SIC/T1 meetings)
• Coach and develop your team, sharing best practices
• Take part in root cause analysis to solve performance issues
• Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Maintain strong communication and high professional standards
• Work closely with other departments to meet business goals
