REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in production or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.

• Oversee and support Line Leaders in achieving shift objectives.
• Manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage employee relations.
• Attend internal meetings, represent production insights, and coordinate with departments.
• Uphold Health and Safety protocols and Hygiene Standards, including HACCP compliance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team.
• Ensure all Production KPIs are met to maintain efficiency and quality.
