The role Location: Leominster MA Hours: Sunday - Tuesday, alternating Wednesday's, 7am - 7pm As a Production Shift Supervisor at IPLS you will: Production & Inventory Oversight: Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely completion of orders. Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Monitor and control scrap rates in InTouch, implementing corrective actions to reduce waste. Accurately complete production reports, including output, downtime, and scrap data. Review Shop Orders for accuracy before running. Investigate errors – Root Cause Analysis. Quality Control: Enforce quality standards and procedures, ensuring products meet specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections, identifying and addressing any defects. Collaborate with process technicians to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions. What you will bring to the role: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures. Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including data entry and report generation.
