We are currently inviting a Production Shift Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Report line: Production Manager In this role, you will: Manage daily shift operations and ensure the production plan is executed on time. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials according to production needs. Ensure product quality and process compliance with SOPs, ESD rules, and safety standards. Achieve shift targets (output, efficiency, downtime, scrap) and prepare shift reports. Participate in LEAN implementation and promote improvement ideas (5S, Kaizen). Supervise and coach operators/line leaders; evaluate work performance and maintain discipline. Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to resolve issues. Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in ERP/MES systems. At least College degredegree. Education in Electronics, Mechanics, Telecommunications, or Radio-electronic equipment would be an advantage. 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; EMS experience is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production KPIs and LEAN/5S principles.
