We’re growing—and looking for a strong Production & Shipping Coordinator to keep production moving and delivering on time! Tucker Door & Trim is a respected distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork serving the construction industry. As we expand, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on leader to join our Richmond Team. This role connects Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure orders are accurate, on schedule, and delivered successfully. $25/hr to $30/hr (depending on experience) Full Time Day Shift Benefits, PTO, 401K What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Do Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines Create and manage production and shipping documentation Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages) Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams Tucker Door and Trim is an equal opportunity employer and encourage qualified candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
