Description

ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE: * Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable. * Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices. * Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. * Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses. * Generate the required output with the least required resources.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures and assist lead operators in machine operation. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while maintaining 5S duties to optimize output.
