Description

Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures. Basic Communication Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner. Basic Planning & Organizing Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives. Basic Technological Ability Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software. Intermediate Maintenance Practice Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices. Intermediate Occupational Health and Safety Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
