Description

Pre make ready:- Prepares the cores for the output rolls and loads it on the rewind unit.- Arranges the new raw material in its designated area near the printing machine.Start up:- Handles the unloading/loading & weighing of raw materials & printed rolls.Job settings:- Pours the ink prepared by the ink section and adjusts the viscosity according to the respective MPCC. - Loads the job setting roll on the unwind unitMachine clearing:- Turns off operating ink pumps upon request. - Responsible for cleaning the ink tanks, anilox, chamber, cylinders and hoses. - Replaces used tanks with clean ones for the next printing job - Disposes of the generated wasteJob production:- Turns off operating ink pumps upon request. - Prepares pallets and packing material if needed - Prepares rolls to be mounted on his machine - Prepares the cores for the output rolls and loads it on the rewind unit. - Arranges the new raw material in its designated area near the printing machine. - Maintains the viscosity level of inks during production. - Keeps note of waste created during production. - Operates the machine with minor supervision - Performs the production reporting in case of operator absence.

Responsibilities

The Production Skilled Helper assists the operator in all aspects of machine operation, including loading raw materials, adjusting ink viscosity, and performing production reporting. They are also responsible for housekeeping duties such as cleaning ink tanks, anilox, and cylinders, as well as managing waste disposal.
