Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to  Transport Mixing Material from Mixing Unit to Machines insuring continuous feeding (Extrusion).  Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories and ink buckets upon need.  Load WIP rolls on the machine (Printing/Cutting).  Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.  Weigh products and record the weight on the product label.  Monitor the machine & product during production and relay any defect to the concerned to safeguard the quality of the run.  Return left-over Material and machine accessories to its designated places inside the section to maintain proper “Sorting” and “Set in Order”.  Collect, weigh and segregate the waste and relay waste figure to Operator in order to report it in the Production Report.  Perform 5S duties according to the Operator and Lead Operator instructions in order to sustain 5S conditions.  Segregate products under Hold based on Internal Rejection feedback.  Clean printing machine parts according to the set Work Instructions in order to insure parts’ cleanliness and readiness for next use (applicable for Printing Helper).

Responsibilities

Assist operators in machine operation by transporting materials, loading and unloading rolls, and packing finished products. Maintain workplace organization through 5S duties and monitor product quality to report defects.
