Blue Rhino is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety-focused team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role where you’ll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak-tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations. Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger. Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing). Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions. Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation. Stacks finished product. Checks for quality assurance. Qualifications Possess integrity and a good work ethic. Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable. Ability to work overtime, as required Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
