Responsibilities - Production planning and delivery management- Collect daily work reports from each process and monitor production progress- Analyze and report process performance against planned targets- Manage outsourced vendors- Control inventory Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry - Experience in production planning - Business-level English & Korean communication - Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Morgan Advanced Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
