What You’ll Do As the Product Specialist – Motor Control, you’ll serve as a key resource for product knowledge, internal support, training, and operational rollout efforts across our organization. You’ll partner closely with leadership and business stakeholders to improve product functionality, user adoption, reporting visibility, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, operational data, and KPIs Support development and execution of product vision and roadmap initiatives Coordinate rollout of new product functionality across North American operations Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams requiring product support Assist with event booking functionality and online scheduling tools Create user guides, training materials, FAQs, and support documentation Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal users Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product management, and business leaders Support KPI reporting, deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Ability to evaluate projects from both high-level and detailed perspectives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience supporting products, operations, customer service, or technical systems preferred Industrial, electrical, switchgear, or motor control exposure is a plus Why Group CBS?
