Summary: The Production Specialist is responsible for following daily production workflows and ensuring error-free publications. Description: We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented person to join our medical division as Production Specialist. Our Production Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring error-free publications. They must be comfortable meeting daily deadlines and capable of learning and working in every position of the hands-on production line. Qualified candidates will possess excellent organization skills, proofreading and computer skills, an eye for detail and solid communication skills. Industry: This position is a part of our medical division, which is dedicated to empowering people who are facing life-altering diseases by providing them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about their diseases and treatment options. Responsibilities: This position includes meeting daily production line deadlines as well as quality assurance of publications. Other key responsibilities include: Proofing for comparative accuracy Executing/performing/completing quality assurance checks and validation Ensuring all production deadlines are met Protecting client confidentiality Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves Other projects as assigned Experience: Production Specialist candidates should have relevant work experience or have some college education. Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
