SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Staffing Analyst to join our Administrative Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production staffing levels meet operational needs by analyzing labor requirements, forecasting headcount needs, and collaborating with management to optimize workforce deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent knowledge of excel, spreadsheets, MS Office suite
• Proven experience in workforce planning, staffing, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BIlingual ENG/SPN
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Analyze production schedules and requirements to determine staffing needs.
• Monitor current workforce levels and forecast future staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to align staffing plans with production goals.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
• Identify and address staffing gaps or surpluses proactively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about labor regulations and company policies related to staffing.
