Description Pay Range: $22/hr - $28/hr Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick tiem and PTO after 90 days! Summary: Lead assigned departments according to internal policies, procedures and practices. This includes, but is not limited to recruiting, development, and training, disciplinary actions performance evaluations and separations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee all plant operations Ensure production schedule is met Ensure manufacturing meets quality stand Ensures equipment is maintained Ensures work environment is clean and safe Ability to perform small equipment repairs Specific knowledge of metal stamping, manufacturing theory, quality systems and leadership techniques Requirements Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
