As a Production Supervisor, you will work at a high tech production company in Elsoo. The company is largely automated, but never forgets that people makes the company great. As a Production Supervisor you are responsible for the teamleaders and employees. Your tasks as a Production Supervisor:

• Responsible for managing and coaching 40 to 50 direct and indirect employees;

• Organize and optimize production and personnel planning and monitor the progress of the work;

• results- and goal-oriented, focusing on daily KPIs and ensuring quality;

• Organize work meetings on the production floor (daily stand-ups, interim evaluations);

• Contribute ideas for improvement proposals and support their implementation in alignment with the production plan;
• Ensure safety is maintained on the floor.
