As we expand U.S. manufacturing and operations, we’re seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day assembly, testing, and quality operations on our drone production line. This role will play a critical part in leading technicians, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions. Oversee production documentation, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Materials Management to prevent shortages or delays. Support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes by ensuring production readiness. Lead efforts to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput. Enforce safety compliance and participate in regular audits and safety meetings. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to leadership and recommend process improvements. Work Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of production or manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in electronics, aerospace, or advanced technology assembly. Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP or MES systems for tracking production performance. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in drone, UAV, or aerospace assembly environments. Technical understanding of electronic components, wiring, and calibration processes. Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ESD-safe handling, testing procedures, and quality control metrics. Proven success in implementing process improvements or automation initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile Hands-on, team-oriented leader with a proactive mindset. Skilled at balancing quality, efficiency, and safety in a high-growth environment. Comfortable collaborating across departments to resolve challenges quickly. Passionate about advancing U.S.-built drone technology and innovation. Benefits Why Join DMR Technologies At DMR, we’re more than a drone manufacturer—we’re creating technology that transforms how industries operate. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the teams bringing that vision to life, helping to establish the foundation for scalable, high-quality drone manufacturing in the U.S. If you’re ready to combine leadership, technical expertise, and innovation in one of the most exciting sectors in tech, we’d love to meet you.
