This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace. 🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO As our Production Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing daily production schedules and plant activities * Monitoring product quality and line performance * Leading, scheduling, and supporting production staff * Ensuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining top-tier quality standards * Championing safety protocols and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.) * Coordinating machinery maintenance to minimize downtime * Leading process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency * Conducting audits and tracking compliance with all quality and safety standards * Coaching team members and driving training initiatives * Supporting performance reviews and employee development 💼 WHAT YOU BRING We're looking for someone with a strong mix of hands-on experience and leadership abilities: * High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus * 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting (food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!) * Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish bilingual a plus * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plus * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently * Solid organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities * Confidence in working with cross-functional and multilingual teams * Ability to work 2nd shift hours 2:00pm - 10:00pm 🌱 WHY JOIN US?
