Description
Your responsibilities will include: Facilitate and partner with cross-functional team members in production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to achieve annual safety, quality, service, and cost goals while fostering a high-engagement, high-performance culture Support new product development readiness activities for the line team Ensure effective two-way communication between the production line and cross-functional support teams Manage, motivate, develop, and coach product builders through performance management practices Ensure adequate resources, including direct labor staffing, equipment capacity, support team alignment, and space, are available to meet commitments Analyze build plan requirements and provide forward-looking monthly production commitments Provide input into long-term production area planning Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisor or management role Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience with Lean tools and systems Ability to support and lead a production team working 2nd shift Experience in a regulated environment Medical device industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Demonstrated flexibility and agility in dynamic environments Self-starter with the ability to work independently
