Description
Your responsibilities will include: Support new product development readiness activities Ensure effective two-way communication between the production line team and support functions Manage, coach, and develop product builders through performance management Ensure effective and efficient training while maintaining cross-training versatility Apply leader standard work practices to monitor performance and escalate as needed Analyze build plan requirements and provide forward-looking monthly production commitments Contribute to the long-term planning of the production area Bachelor's degree (an equivalent combination of manufacturing experience and education will be considered) Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience with Lean tools and systems Ability to support and lead a production team working 2nd shift hours (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Prior supervisor or management experience Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Medical device industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Ability to be flexible and agile in a dynamic environment Self-starter with a proactive approach
