Description

Manage department operations and prioritize production requirements to meet on-time delivery for our customers Support meeting all High Five goals and cost out goals. Assist Management Team in determining personnel requirements, provide necessary training resources for new employees, and facilitate the job bidding Initiate and coordinate assistance as required from other support functions (e.g. Evaluate qualifications and performance of team members based upon Division and Plant policies. Ensure that department work areas are kept clean, organized, and orderly per 5S standards. Associates Degree (or higher) from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1 year experience with MRP/ERP systems (Made2Manage/SAP) Must be able to work 2nd shift hours from 1:45 PM- 10:15 PM Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (White Belt or higher), and Continuous Improvement tools 2 or more years of supervisory experience with direct reports in a manufacturing environment Warehouse and production experience
