Description

Bachelor's degree in from an accredited institution Minimum of 1 (one) year manufacturing or leadership experience Must be able to work in 2025 Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm and then beginning January 2026 work Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood SC work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution Previous leadership experience working in an engineering, operations and/or manufacturing environment. (Green Belt Certification preferred) Prior experience working in assembly, fabrication, and/or shipping. Prior experience working in an ETO (engineered to order) environment. Strong Learning Agility Project Management Experience
