Eaton’s Power Components Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift. This is an on-site, 2nd shift (3:30PM-12AM) position based at our Beaver, PA facility. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibility will be to foster a safety-first environment and actively promote practices that prevent incidents. You’ll also implement safety programs to minimize workplace accidents. You’ll oversee the allocation of manpower within your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining 5S+ standards while meeting or exceeding productivity expectations. Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed. Report process and equipment problems promptly and collaborate with relevant personnel for assistance. As part of your role, you’ll train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills. Providing ongoing coaching and development to enhance performance is essential, and regular reviews of operator performance are necessary. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to labor contract provisions. When required, apply fair and judicious disciplinary measures. Keep accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and departmental activities. Upkeep employee timecards for accurate and prompt payroll. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing AND/OR operations environment Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
