Description

Develop and maintain a self-directed work team culture aligned with company values. 2 year degree from accredited institution with at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience OR a 4 year degree from accredited institution. Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Arden, NC will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution. Experience working with low voltage or electrical products. Previous experience as a supervisor or manager of people. Ensure decisions are process-oriented, linking strategy to actionable outcomes. Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time. Support employee development and identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
