In this role, you'll lead and oversee paint department operations, coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and positive work environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience with automotive paint or painted products manufacturing. * Experience in injection molding.  * Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices. * Experience managing production metrics and driving operational performance. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
