Summary:

• Full Time Production Supervisor position
• Located in Tri-Cities (Nebraska)
• Indoor, clean temperature controlled environment
• Supervise up to 40 team members
• Salary of $80k - $88k/yr based on experience, plus up to 10% bonus potential
• 2nd shift
• Monday - Friday and Saturdays when necessary (45 - 55 hours/wk)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred - or willingness to complete Bachelor’s degree while employed
• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• 2 or more years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills, analytical skills and decision making skills
