WORK LIFE BALANCE: Only work half the year with our schedule!    D Shift 6:00pm-6:00am (TH, FRI, SAT and every other WED)   Summary: The shift supervisor is responsible for leading a group of employees on a single shift to ensure that production goals are met in accordance with quality and customer specifications. This position's role is to effectively and efficiently communicate, supervise, and prioritize all activities and production on that shift.  Primary Functions: • Monitor the safety and productivity of personnel in production, shipping, and QA on the shift • Build and maintain good working relationships with employees, supervision, and management • Monitor raw materials and ensure products are within customer specification • Build and maintain good working relationships with employees, supervision, and management • Identify personnel related issues, including conflicts, misconduct, and accidents/injuries.
