We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift. In this role you will work under the general direction of the Production Manager. You will be responsible for the plant operations on 3rd shift. You must maintain a positive atmosphere and uphold to the plant and company goals, objectives, policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for employee training and performance. You must possess a genuine passion and understanding for continuous plant and employee development.
