QUALIFICATIONS:

The Production Supervisor needs to demonstrate the ability to motivate others and be able to deal with problems or conflicts as they arise.

• Previous supervisory or management experience (2+ years)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Associates Degree, and/or other Post-Secondary Education is an asset

• Production line supervision
• Safety
• Quality control
• Raw material variance
• Inventory control
• Housekeeping
• This is a “hands-on” working position
