This is a search for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor managed by an external recruitment partner. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Note, the normal production schedule is a Monday – Friday production schedule, with minimal weekend production.

Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $80,000 (+/- $1,500, depending on experience, skills, and education)

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind your shift’s daily success. You’ll lead and develop a team of production employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Your ability to coach, problem-solve, and set clear expectations will help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with other departments to meet production goals, support new product launches, and drive process improvements.
