We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced CNC machining environment. This role is responsible for driving workflow, leading production teams, and ensuring operational performance while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. ---------------------------------------- LEAD THE SHOP FLOOR As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate workflow, and ensure production runs efficiently. From maintaining accurate production data to keeping work areas safe and organized, you will play a key role in supporting operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruit, interview, hire, and train production team members * Lead and oversee daily workflow on the production floor * Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments * Ensure accuracy of production reporting, labor tracking, and inventory transactions within the ERP system * Provide coaching, direction, and timely performance feedback to team members * Address employee relations and performance issues in alignment with company policies * Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to keep schedules on track * Communicate operational updates and challenges to planning and leadership teams * Monitor production queues and ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed * Analyze production data and metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives * Coordinate movement and inspection of WIP and materials between departments or facilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time production and delivery ---------------------------------------- EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production environments * Prior supervisory or team leadership experience * Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting * Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * Ability to manage priorities and production demands in a fast-paced environment * Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality standards ---------------------------------------- BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES * Company-paid medical and dental coverage * Company-paid life and disability insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Generous paid time off and paid holidays * Career growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing organization * Collaborative and team-focused work environment * Company events and employee engagement activities ---------------------------------------- INTERESTED?
