Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or HSE are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to prepare and execute production schedules.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and implement practical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and shifts under pressure.
Technical knowledge of production equipment, machinery, and process flow (ability to read drawings/schematics).
ERP/SAP system experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of HSE practices, PPE usage, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for production and order consolidation.
Oversee daily production floor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
Develop and execute production plans and schedules (monthly, weekly, daily).
Lead, train, and motivate operators and staff for optimal performance.
Coordinate with logistics, planning, warehouse, and procurement to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
Monitor processes, resolve quality issues, and support QA/QC compliance.
Track and report production KPIs (output, downtime, yield, efficiency) and drive improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, OSHAD).
Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, engineering, HR, quality) to resolve issues and meet production goa
