JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards within the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly lines and fabrication techniques. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in driving productivity while ensuring a safe working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing, production line management, quality inspection and processing of timely safety audits.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, and Quality assurance training production reporting experience) OSHA regulations, ERP System.
  • Able to read and understand job tickets working knowledge of engineering.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in cause-and-effect analysis. Demonstrate time management skills.
  • Manufacturing management with strong leadership abilities.

    Pay: $64,419.55 - $77,580.54 per year

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of Enhance Fill & Pack Systems for manufacturing.

  • Responsible of requests for Corporate and FDA audits.
  • Responsible to train new hire in growing process in Verona facility.
  • Ensure compliance with LOP’s, Specifications.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations by ensuring quality and timely project completion and follow-up services.
  • Lead manufacturing activities ensuring on-time completion.
  • Supervise and audit manufacturing employees assuring a quality product in compliance with company expectation.
  • Perform and fill out reports to area supervisor and manager as required on a timely basis.
  • Responsible to fill and verify batch documentation.
  • Perform manufacturing investigations for Experimental Batches.
  • Develop plan of training for new hire employees in Safety and all trainings in manufacturing department.
