ASG Group Ltd, based in Derby, delivers high-quality design, engineering, and manufacturing services to a broad range of national and international clients. Due to increased demand within our operations, we are looking to recruit a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead the team on our afternoon shift to cover the warehouse and assembly department.
This department manufactures a variety of components for our automotive clients, operating in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the afternoon shift
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met
• Support and guide a team of operatives, promoting high standards and a positive working environment
• Monitor performance and carry out basic troubleshooting of machinery and processes
• Ensure adherence to health & safety, quality control, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with other shifts, departments, and management to maintain continuity and efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records continuously and reduce the need for large, disruptive full inventory audits.
• Conduct start of shift meeting with the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
